
Billing Terms

These billing terms apply to all MERGEguard engagements and are incorporated into the Terms of Service.
Engagement
MERGEguard is a flat-rate cleanup engagement. Pricing is based on your firm’s contact volume and is listed on the pricing page. Payment is due in full at checkout. Your engagement includes full scan and merge access, scheduled scans, audit logs, and CSV exports for 3 months.
No refunds
Engagement fees are non-refundable once paid.
Data retention
Scan data is retained for 90 days after the expiration of your most recent active term. If you subscribe to ongoing monitoring, the retention window resets with each billing period. After 90 days with no active term, all scan data is permanently and irrecoverably removed. A notification will be sent before removal.
Ongoing access
After your engagement ends, you may opt into ongoing monthly access from your billing settings. It is month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime. No refunds for unused time within a billing period.
Failed payments
If a payment fails you have 14 days to update your payment method before your account is suspended. After suspension an invoice will be issued for the remaining balance due within 30 days. Accounts that remain unpaid may be referred to collections.
Taxes
Sales tax will be applied where required by law.
